Overview
Fairy Meadows is a name that evokes exactly what it is — a lush alpine meadow cradled beneath the stunning Rupal Face of Nanga Parbat (8,126m). This five-day trek takes you from Islamabad to the base of the mountain, through pine forests, past glacial streams, and into one of Pakistan’s most iconic camping destinations.
Itinerary
Day 1 — Islamabad to Raikot Bridge
Drive via Chilas to Raikot Bridge. Jeep transfer to Tato village. Trek begins through pine forest to Fairy Meadows. Camp overnight. (Trek: 3–4 hours)
Day 2 — Fairy Meadows Exploration
Full day at Fairy Meadows. Walk to viewpoints overlooking the Rupal Face. Photography, relaxation, and acclimatisation. Camp overnight.
Day 3 — Beyal Camp
Optional trek to Beyal Camp (higher viewpoint, closer to the glacier). Return to Fairy Meadows for second night.
Day 4 — Return to Tato
Trek back to Tato village. Jeep transfer to Raikot Bridge. Overnight in Chilas.
Day 5 — Return to Islamabad
Morning drive along the Karakoram Highway, arriving Islamabad by evening.

Difficulty
