Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Talaash Adventure Club website and your participation in any tours, expeditions, or retreats organised by us. By booking a tour or using this site, you accept these terms.

Bookings & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure. Payments can be made via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations between 7–14 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

Health & Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of booking. Our guides carry first-aid kits and emergency communication devices. Trekking at altitude carries inherent risks — participants join at their own discretion.

Liability

Talaash Adventure Club takes reasonable care to ensure all activities are conducted safely. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, natural disasters, or participant negligence.

Insurance

We recommend all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to treat local communities, environments, and fellow travellers with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour whose behaviour endangers others or damages property.
